  • Q: How soon can I schedule an installation?
  • A: We can work around your schedule! On some occasions, same day service and late evening installation is available. Most installations are scheduled within 3-14 days INCLUDING SATURDAYS.
  • Q: What do I need before scheduling installation?
  • A: We recommend that you have all of the equipment that you want installed ready. We can install cable TV wiring prior to there being cable TV service available at the time of installation. If you are having your Flat Panel TV mounted to a wall, we can assist in providing a proper wall mount at a special discounted price. Please call 877-589-5669 for the correct mount to fit your HDTV.
  • Q: What is the largest Flat Panel TV that you can install?
  • A: We can install any size Flat Panel TV that you have.
  • Q: I only want to buy the TV, can you provide everything else I need? Wires and mounts, etc?
  • A: Yes, we have exactly what you need on hand. Materials needed will be discussed via phone. Please call 877-589-5669
  • Q: How do you usually conceal wires?
  • A: Our installations are minimal wall intrusion. Depending on the structure of the wall, we can either snake wiring inside the wall behind the TV and speakers. We can also run wiring under carpeting, in the ceiling, closets, attics & crawl spaces. However, there are times when drywall needs to be breeched & patched. Please call to discuss this possibility and how we can help you.
  • Q: What do you do with exposed wiring if I choose basic installation package?
  • A: Exposed wiring will be neatly organized, dressed, tied and ran behind components as cleanly as possible.
  • Q: When I move, can I call you to remove the system and all the wiring from the walls?
  • A: We can remove any system that we installed or has been installed by anyone else. We are not responsible for wall patching, however it is available.
  • Q: Is your work insured
  • A: We are fully insured with 2 million dollars liability policy.
  • Q: Will I ever be charged more than what I agree on when setting my installation appointment?
  • A: NO, most installations fall within the scope described on our Installation Packages and Prices page. In the instance that the install requires additional work, you will be notified at site survey and consultation and you would have to approve any additional work before the actual installation starts.
