Q: How soon can I schedule an installation?

A: We work around your schedule. On some occasions, same day service and late evening installation is available. Call to set your appointment today.

Q: What do I need before scheduling installation?

A: Please have all of the equipment (i.e. HDMI compatible cable box & DVD player) that you want installed on site. 
The packages we offer will include the proper size Mount, HDMI Cables and a Power Solution.

Q: What is the largest Flat Panel TV that you can install?

A: If they make it, we can install it. Please call to make special arrangements.

Q: I only want to buy the TV, can you provide everything else I need? Wires and mounts, etc?

A: Yes, we have exactly what you need on hand. Materials needed can be discussed. Please call (860) 704-9442

Q: How do you usually conceal wires?

A: Our installations are minimal wall intrusion. Depending on the structure of the wall, we can snake wiring inside the wall behind the TV. However, there are times when drywall needs to be breeched & patched. We always patch all drywall incisions free of charge. Please call for details.

Q: What do you do with exposed wiring if I choose non wire concealing installation package?

A: Exposed wiring will be neatly organized, dressed, tied as cleanly as possible.

Q: When I move, can I call you to remove the system and all the wiring from the walls?

A: We can remove any system that we installed or has been installed by anyone else.

Q: Is your work insured?

A: We carry $2,000,000 policy.

Q: Will I ever be charged more than what I agree on when setting my installation appointment?

A: Most installations will fall within the scope described on our Installation Packages and Prices page. In the instance that the install requires additional work, you will be notified and you would approve any changes.

Q: What if I want a custom installation that is not listed on your website?

A: Please call (860) 704-9442 or email us about your job and we can provide a detailed services list along with a price quote.
